Controller to Nordex in Uppsala

We are now seeking a controller to Nordex in Uppsala. During the assignment, you will be employed as one of Poolia’s highly valued consultants. The position is full-time with an estimated start in the beginning of September and will last until May 31st. After this there is an opportunity for the assignment to be extended or that Nordex takes over the employment.

Responsibilities
• Prepare targeted regular financial reports
• Monitor, update, and report on financial forecasts
• Track revenues and costs
• Manage the status and workflow of open purchase orders
• Monitor and forecast CAPEX, overseeing the CAPEX process
• Assist managers in forecasting costs and overheads to maintain budget compliance
• Support managers in monitoring financial KPIs at national and organizational levels to ensure budget adherence
• Supervise working capital in collaboration with the finance department
• Manage the complete annual budget process
• Manage tenders and quotation requests for subcontractors and major projects
Your profile
In order to succeed in the role, we see that you have:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in operational controlling
• Proficiency in operational budgeting and financial forecasting
• Knowledge of supplier negotiations is advantageous
• Excellent proficiency in English
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP
We are seeking you with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of Financial KPIs and P&L statements. We value a systematic approach to work with a strong problem-solving mindset. You possess strong decision-making abilities and be willing to travel as needed. Teamwork and collaboration are essential, along with the ability to think through processes and projects end-to-end.
