Aurora Innovation is looking for a Carrier manager with solid experience from the international telephony market. This will be a key role to develop Aurora Innovation’s business and build strategical partnerships with carriers and telephony service providers in the Nordic and European markets.

They offer their customers first-class solutions for handling all the unscheduled contact attempts made from patients every day with a unique system and digital communication in various forms. As the Carrier manager you will take the full ownership of telephony contracts and suppliers including regular review and negotiation of contracts for the benefit of Aurora Innovation.
Your ability to identify market drivers and translate into Aurora Innovation’s business opportunities will be a key asset in building successful and attractive partnerships in close collaboration with internal professionals within sales, product and technical departments.
You will lead initiatives and support the organization in business analysis to make sound prioritizations to improve offering, delivery and processes. Based on your deep understanding of the telephony market you will coordinate usage and partnerships to optimize capacity, quality and cost.
To succeed in this role you need a strong business mindset and the technical ability to understand the implications of various traffic patterns. When combined with your communicative strength and presentation skills you make a successful negotiator. You enjoy the personal contacts and the dynamics that comes with strategic supplier management.
You have probably worked a number of years in a similar position at an international carrier, operator or service provider where you have acquired a solid experience and deep understanding of the European telephony market. Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Spain, UK are familiar markets.
You are comfortable engaging in technical discussions about SaaS solutions, SIP-trunks, Origin Based Rating (OBR) and technical use cases. We value your strong interpersonal skills, your ability to communicate on all levels and your self-motivated approach to finding solutions and taking initiatives.

Aurora Innovation was established 1996 in Uppsala, Sweden and today has closer to 100 employees working in development, sales, marketing, service delivery and customer success in its Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands and Spain.
