Poolia are looking for a Project Logistics Coordinator to be located at Valmet’s office in Sundsvall, Sweden.
You will be responsible for the planning, coordinating, and executing the logistical flow for paper and pulp mill projects all over the world. You will be involved in the process from the sales phase to delivery phase, establishing the most convenient and cost-efficient logistic process that will bring the additional value for Valmet projects. You will also:
• Help define the logistics partners to team up with for each project
• Set up supplier project contracts
• Keep the project team up to date with your progress and final outcome (transportation costs, lead times, delivery terms and limitations).
To excel in this role, you must be service minded and have a structured way of working, very good planning skills and the ability to handle changes throughout the execution of projects. The role also requires:
• Previous experience working in international logistics
• Excellent communication skills (Swedish and English) to help with interactions with customers and suppliers, as well as customs organizations, banks and insurance agencies.
• Good IT skills in order to learn and use our logistics tools
A degree within Logistics or Economics would be considered an additional benefit as well as previous experience in forwarding.
