Do you have a background in Labor Law and are open to new opportunities? We are now looking for a HR Business Partner for our customer in Tumba. The position is a temporary replacement and is expected to last for one year.

About the position

In the position as a HR Business Partner your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive HR processes such as salary review, succession planning, skills knowledge transfer, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance review process, Culture & Values
• KPI, Monthly, quarterly, yearly follow up and reporting
• Handle labor law, collective agreement, and Union negotiations
• Drive the company’s goals with philanthropic activities by working to support local welfare organizations in the communities where the customer operates.
• Onboarding & Offboarding

Your profile

We are looking for you who has:

• University Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration or similar experience and minimum 5 years’ experience and solid background in Labor Law, Union Negotiation, HR administration
• Experience as a Business Partner, preferably from an International Production Environment with complex organizations.
• Strategic and analytical skills with a passion for turning people strategy into business results.?
• Solid experience in qualified HR work at both operational and strategic level
• Knowledgeable in the field of payroll
• Very good knowledge of labor law, good negotiation skills
• Collective Agreement Knowledge and experience, for Blue Collar & White Collar
• Leadership and employee development experience
• Recognized as a trusted business partner with high integrity, and you enjoy building relationships across the entire organization.
• You can work independently in a structured way and since we are an organization in constant change, the role will require a lot of flexibility, pragmatism, and a strong ability to set the right priorities.
• You have a commercial mindset and are experienced in driving change, developing leaders and culture in a global work environment.
• Good communication skills both written and spoken in Swedish and English

Preferred:
• Experience mentoring Managers
