Demand & Supply Planner to Astellas Pharma
Poolia is recruiting an analytical Demand & Supply Planner to Astellas Pharma in Copenhagen (Kastrup). The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within two months or as soon as possible.

Supply Chain Nordics manage all distribution and transport of products for Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden.
The Demand & Supply Planner for the Nordic region will focus on:
1. Demand planning
2. Supply planning
3. Support activities
4. Projects and continuous improvement
5. Management information/reporting
Examples of core tasks and activities in the position are:
• Responsible for product availability
• Responsible for monthly, mid-term and long-term forecasts
• Manage daily business activities such as order processing, documentation, transports, invoice and credit handling
• Oversee service levels at central warehouse
• Manage supplier relations with central supply chain and manufacturing sites
• Responsible for planning parameters and inventory maintenance in SAP
• Support implementation of SAP S4
• Support the colleagues within the affiliates, answer questions of colleagues and third parties regarding market intelligence
• Manage the continuous improvement of our collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Manage continuously improvement efforts of our collaboration with external stakeholders
You will report to the Senior Supply Chain Manager.
You will internally work closely to Country and Product managers, Finance Department, Quality Management, Regulatory Department and Drug Safety. You will also collaborate with Supply Chain Europe and manufacturing sites. Externally you will cooperate with the third-party Distributors and Wholesalers.
You probably have a Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or other relevant fields.
We believe you have 2-5 years of relevant experience after graduation. Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a multinational organization, is an advantage.
Previous experience in a demand planning/forecasting role is a merit. It will most valuable if you have a solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures.
The position also requires understanding of principles of accounting and finance.
Fluency in speaking and writing English is a prerequisite for the position. It is an advantage if you also are fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages.
You have good skills in Excel. It is an advantage if you have experience of the ERP-system SAP or similar.
